Fat Loss 4 Idiots-Fact or Fiction (part 2)
Fat Loss 4 Idiots is definitely a low budget affair, but you might get more out of it than what you pay. In the least you could learn how to each much better so that you can maintain your weight loss. Along with what the diet suggest that you eat, the plan also includes when you should eat it.
Would you find the following information to be unbelievable or does it just make sense?
On this plan you will need to get used to eating every couple of hours or so. It’s based upon eating four meals a day with at least 2 ½ hour in between each meal. The idea here is to sort of jump start your metabolism. I’m sure you’ve hear somewhere that it is better to eat several smaller meals than it is to eat three rather large ones.
Here is an example of what a day of eating under the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Plan would be like:
Day one:
Meal #1: Banana Milk Shake
Meal #2: Chicken
Meal #3: Scrambled Eggs
[and] Mixed Vegetables
Meal #4: Cottage Cheese
Day two:
Meal #1: Chicken Meal
Meal #2: Fruit Salad Meal
Meal #3: Fish Filet Meal
Meal #4: Cottage Cheese
Day three:
Meal #1: Banana Milk ShakeMeal
Meal #2: ChickenMeal
Meal #3: Scrambled Eggs [and]
Mixed VegetablesMeal
Meal #4: Cottage Cheese
This is an example for following the diet on three days of the 11 days. It doesn’t seem all that bad or far fetched. Although there are other menu items on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet, it seems to be lacking in the variety of recipe department. However, with a little imagination or maybe a few home grown recipes of your own, this little obstacle can be quickly overcome.
Now of course if you’ve been in the dieting game for a while you know that any diet plan worth anything will strongly suggest that you include some sort of exercise in order to get the full effect. Well, Fat Loss 4 Idiots won’t disappoint you there. That’s one of the things that did impress me about the program.
Let’s face it, if you don’t do some sort of exercise to create the muscle needed to counteract and just burn the fat, then you’re really not accomplishing much. If it’s worth doing at all, then it’s just going to require some work. We all just have to live with that!
Another suggestion made by the plan is that you drink a lot of water. Well most people know that we should do that anyway, but still do not. It is common sense, but somehow many of us just seem to miss this one.
Although many of the ideas and suggestions found in Fat Loss 4 Idiots are not brand new (neither are they new to the multitude of other diets that suggest the same thing), its approach
is unique, and it does work!

Fat Loss 4 Idiots - Another Diet Hoax?
Well, here’s another one. Is it just another diet hoax? Another diet plan that promises amazing results! Fat Loss 4 Idiots has become incredibly popular online these days. This one seems to be mainly based upon boosting your body’s metabolism which in turn burns calories and ultimately reducing weight. This in itself is not a new scientific revelation. It costs $39.00 (last time I checked) to have access to the website for 90 days.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots plan wants you to follow the plan based on an 11 day cycle. You have to follow a strict plan during those 11 days, but you are awarded 3 days (cheat days) where you can eat whatever you want! (Now that right there seemed dangerous to me, but I guess this must be a reward for those 11 days of hard work.) Then you can go on it again for another 11 days.
Basically, here’s what Fat Loss 4 Idiots consists of:
Ø Eat 4 meals a day
Ø Switch between protein and carbohydrate intake
Ø Make your meals at home
Ø Drink lots of water
Ø Walk for exercise
Ø Limit sweets
Ø Eat until you feel satisfied (but not full)
At first you might think that Fat Loss 4 Idiots is similar to the Atkins diet (that ‘low carb’ fad diet that everyone went nuts over a while back), but it’s really not even with its high protein content. It seems to allow for a bit of everything, but it’s centered on when you eat it. Portion size limits are not a factor here, and you’re even allowed to have a glass of wine per day on this plan! (I know that’s making some of you happy!)
Fat Loss 4 Idiots even has a vegetarian version of the plan to follow that includes soy substitutes as well.
The plan is looks really easy to follow (thus the name ‘Fat Loss 4 Idiots’). There are no complicated elements requiring a PhD to figure out. I’m the type of person that just wants to get things started as quickly and safely as possible, and see some results. This is what this plan seems to offer.
The part that may not be so enjoyable about the plan is that the food can be plain tasting and downright boring at times (depending on your particular taste buds). But it might be worth it for a leaner looking body, eh?
O.k. so it eating plain, boring food may not be appealing to everybody, but I’m sure for many of us, the ability to shed a few unwanted pounds might be worth it for a short period of time. It’s most certainly worth looking at. Click here if you want a quick, safe, and easy way to shed some pounds!
Keep this in mind though: No diet plan (or any plan for that matter) will work if YOU don’t give it your best shot!
