Fat Loss 4 Idiots - Is it a hoax?
Well, I've been working the Fat Loss 4 Idiots plan for the past few days. So far, I haven't seen any dramatic weight loss. But I have to say, I have also been working out a lot more also. My preferred workout method is weight lifting. Nothing really heavy, but I was told that initially you could gain weight when weightlifting because the new muscle tissue mass has weight. However, I have dropped about 2 pounds since I started. I'll keep going!
